LILLIE’S Q 45-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Lillie’s Q, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If you are not satisfied with a Lillie’s Q product you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement product within 45 days of the date of purchase.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites and unauthorized marketplace storefronts. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States and is limited to one product per purchase.
How To Claim The Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please Contact Us and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. In order to qualify for the Guarantee, you will need to:
- provide proof of purchase showing that you purchased your Lillie’s Q product from us or one of our authorized sellers in the United States;
- mail the unused portion of your product to Lillie’s Q at your cost,
- submit your Guarantee request within 45 days of the date of original purchase; and
- provide any other information to assist Lillie’s Q in processing your request.
Guarantee Guidelines
Lillie’s Q reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Lillie’s Q concludes that the purchaser has abused the Guarantee. Lillie’s Q may amend or terminate the Guarantee at any time without notice.
