Shipping Policy

Once you place your Lillie's Q order, please allow our shipping team 1 - 3 business days to get your order processed, perfectly packed, and into the hands of the shipping carrier. Once processed, ground shipping averages 2 - 7 business days.

If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact our customer service team at orders@lilliesq.com or give us a call at (773) 888-1073, so we can make sure that your package successfully arrives.

Shipping to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses
We do not ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. 

International Orders
We are currently not shipping internationally.

Expedited Shipping
For 2-Day Expedited Shipping, please allow one additional day for processing time. Note that orders are processed and shipped M-F 9 am-5 pm CT. 2Day services will not deliver on weekends.

Frozen products
Frozen products will ship separately from any other products in your order. These cannot be in transit for longer than 2 days due to the risk of perishing. Frozen products ship only M-W.

Tracking your shipment
Upon shipment, customers will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking link.
