Why No. 16? We're proud to have two Memphis in May championships under our belt, and each one has their own story. In 2016, our Carolina Dirt rub was it. Our winning pork shoulder received all the TLC our team had to give, but perhaps none more important than the healthy coat of Carolina Dirt a full 24 hours before a judge's fork was lifted. In the realm of barbeque tips, patience may be a virtue, but this stuff is practically magic.

I'm on an eternal quest for barbecue that doesn't contain tomato. This stuff checks that box and many more. I accidentally bought two boxes, not two bottles, but am glad I did! It's a game changer for people with nightshade issues. I have tried it on chicken, fish and tofu but imagine it's good on many kinds of food.
