However, we don’t only use our game rub in October. We love it on fish, poultry, any other wild game we catch year-round.

Delicious

I used this on some lamb tonight and it was delicious. The citrus is perfect for game meats. Also have used it in stew with some of the Lillie's Q Umami Boost. These two seasonings together are unstoppable.
