WHITE WEDDING...
First time trying the White Wing Sauce... Straight out of the bottle, this sauce is a bit overpowering with a tangy, sour, creamy flavor punch... In Fact It Has A Nasty Bite To It That Will Make You Pucker... I Was Worried About How I Would Use It On My Wings... This Was No Ranch Or Bleu Cheese Dressing Dip... I watched that vid where they were brushing the White Sauce onto the wings.... BINGO.... Used my oven for this 450-degree cook test... Towards the end of my cook, I brushed the White Sauce on my wings and then put them back in that 450-degree heat for bout 5 minutes to let the sauce set... Then I turned the wings over and brushed sauce on the other side and put them back in the heat for another five.... From the fridge, the Sauce was thick and controllable... Well..... When I took them out of the oven the sauce had dried onto the wings so the wings weren't drippy wet at all..... I have to say I was surprised at how they looked... It Was Seriously Guuud Lookin' Wings ...... So Now The Marriage...... I let the Wings set a bit then tried one..... Wowzer... The sauce flavor seriously mellowed out to a tangy heaven... Then it was time for the Big Dip... I Dipped One Of The Wings Into A Bowl Of "Bobs Bleu Cheese Dressing"..... White On White Baby..... Wowzer Again.... A Match Made In Heaven.... It's Turned Out To Be A Guuud Day, Vern..... All I Can Say Is "GIT SUM"......
