- begin by removing the membrane from the back of the rib rack. trim off the bone tips and discard them. 
- slice the cleaned rib rack into four equal pieces. 
- preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees fahrenheit. add water beneath the tray to maintain the temperature during cooking, and set the timer for 60 minutes. 
- generously coat each rib section with gold bbq sauce. 
- season both sides of each rib section with q rub, followed by dirt rub. 
- arrange the rib sections in the air fryer basket, stacking them in a square overlapping pattern. 
- cook for 15 minutes, then remove the basket, flip the ribs, and re-stack them. 
- cook for another 15 minutes, then flip and re-stack the ribs again, alternating the order to ensure even crusting. 
- cook for an additional 10 minutes. 
- brush each rib section with gold bbq sauce on both sides using a pastry brush. 
- restack the ribs in the air fryer and cook for a final 3 minutes to set the glaze.
