Ingredients
          - shallots, 190 grams 
- pork fat, 40 grams 
- 
    q-rub, 11 grams
    
- sour cream, 363 grams 
- chives, 13 grams 
- worcestershire sauce, 12 grams 
 
    
  
          Directions
- melt the fat and micro dice the shallots 
- add both the fat and shallots to a pan and slowly cook until the shallots are soft and clear 
- cool down the shallot mixture, fine chop the chives while this is cooling 
- add the chives, Q rub, sour cream, and cooled onion mixture to a bowl and mix well
