Ingredients
  • chickpeas, 260 grams

  • avocados, 230 grams

  • olive oil, 150 grams

  • champagne vinegar, 115 grams

  • whole fat greek yogurt, 100 grams

  • Lillie’s Q Herb Salt, 30 grams
  • baby spinach, 40 grams

  • basil, 20 grams

  • chives, 20 grams

  • parsley, 20 grams

  • anchovies, 15 grams

  • dill, 10 grams

Directions
  1. roughly chop all the herbs and add them to the blender.
  2. add all remaining ingredients, except for the chickpeas and avocados, to the blender and blend until smooth.

  3. add the chickpeas and avocados and blend until just smooth, ensuring not to overprocess.

  4. serve with flatbreads, veggies, chips, or your favorite dipping items.
