- topo chico, 40 grams

    lillie’s q hot pepper vinegar, 25 grams 
- lemon simple syrup, 25 grams 
- sugar, 200 grams 
- water, 200 grams 
- lemon peel, 75 grams 
- cardamom, 15 grams

Directions
To Make the Lemon Simple Syrup:
- Toast cardamom in a pan on low for a few minutes to bring out the flavor. 
- Add the water, sugar, lemon and toasted cardamom to a pot and bring to a boil. 
- Remove pot from heat and cool at room temp. Once cooled, store in a container in the fridge overnight. 
To Build The Drink:
- Add ice to a glass. 
- Use a strainer to add the lemon simple syrup. 
- Add the Hot Pepper Vinegar.
