    lillie’s q smoky bbq sauce, 80 grams
    
- butter (unsalted), 20 grams 
- salt (kosher), 2 grams

Directions
- Preheat the grill to medium (375°F) 
- Peel and trim the baby carrots 
- Combine the carrots and other specified ingredients in a foil packet, then place onto the grill 
- Cook the carrots for about 15 minutes until they are slightly soft but still firm in the center (test with a small knife) 
- Move the foil packet to one side of the grill and increase the heat to very high on the open side 
- Remove the carrots from the foil but retain the foil packet and its liquid for a finishing glaze 
- Place the carrots on the hot side of the grill and char them, rolling frequently to achieve an even char on all sides
