Citrus Blend Guacamole
- begin by washing the avocados, then halve them, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a large bowl 
- finely dice the jalapeños, tomatoes, and red onions. mince the garlic 
- chop the cilantro 
- add all the finely chopped ingredients, along with the lime juice and citrus blend, to the bowl with the avocado 
- use a fork or a potato masher to mash all the ingredients together until well combined but still slightly chunky 
- serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap directly on the surface to prevent browning and chill until ready to serve 
Nashville Spiced Chips
- look for a chip that is unsalted or low in salt 
- preheat oven to 350 degrees 
- add the chips to a sheet tray 
- bake in oven until hot and toasty (about 6-8minutes) 
- dust and toss lightly with hot chicken rub 
CITRUS SMOKY MARGARITA
- in a shaker add ice and all of the fresh juices, honey, and mezcal 
- rim a cocktail glass with lime juice, then dip into the citrus rub
