- 
    lillie’s q honey gold, 300 grams
    
- dark brown sugar, 300 grams 
- maple syrup, 90 grams 
- bourbon, 60 grams 
- 
    lillie’s q carolina dirt for sprinkling
    
- spiral-cut smoked ham 
 
    
  
          To Make The Glaze:
- in a small pot over medium heat, combine sugar, bourbon, and maple syrup to dissolve the sugar. 
- once the sugar has completely melted, incorporate lillie’s q honey gold and stir thoroughly. 
To Cook The Ham:
- start with a spiral-cut smoked ham. 
- gently brush the ham with a thin layer of honey gold. 
- sprinkle a light dusting of carolina dirt over the ham's surface. 
- smoke the ham at 250 degrees fahrenheit for the initial 30 minutes. 
- after the first 30 minutes, generously apply the first glaze. 
- continue to glaze the ham every hour thereafter until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees fahrenheit, which should take approximately 4 hours in total.
