Directions
  1. remove the heads from the shrimp, leaving the shells on

  2. place shrimp on a rack and smoke at 225 degrees for 30 minutes

  3. remove shrimp from smoker and chill in an ice bath. once cooled, remove shrimp and drain.

  4. cover shrimp heavily with lillie's q creole dirt and serve with cocktail sauce.
